A Step by Step Guide To Placing Orders Online

We've put together this helpful guide to make online ordering easy!

  1. Access our menu by clicking this link
  2. Browse our menu by clicking each product category (Flower, Pre-Rolls, Vaporizers, Concentrates, Edibles, Topicals, Accessories)
    1. For more product information, simply click item to view descriptions/effects/pricing/test results/brand information.
  3. Once you’re ready to make a product selection, click “+” shown above the product price point, or click “add to cart”.
  4. You’ll notice your cart will pop up on the right-hand side. You may click “proceed to checkout” if you’re ready to place your order, or you may continue shopping by clicking back to the menu or clicking “continue shopping”.
  5. Repeat steps 2-3 to continue shopping.
  6. When you’re ready to place the order, click “proceed to checkout”. This will take you to the checkout screen.
  7. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Birthdate.
    1. Please input information as shown on your I.D. - NO nicknames
  8. Once this information has been entered, please upload a photo of your I.D. This is required to place online orders. If you cannot do so, unfortunately, you cannot place the order.
    1. Dutchie will not give out any personal information
  9. Once step 8 has been completed, you may select whether you’d like an In-Store or Curbside pickup.
    1. In-store pickups can be picked up at the front desk
    2. For curbside delivery, you must be parked in the first four parking spaces. If space is unavailable, you may walk in for in-store pickup.
  10. All online orders are CASH ONLY. No credit/debit card information is accepted.
  11. Review your order summary! If everything looks good, you may click “place order”
    1. If you’re redeeming a punchcard, please indicate it in the “special instructions” right beneath the order summary
  12. Please allow 10-30 minutes for your order to be filled. You’ll receive a text confirmation when the order has been completed and is ready for pickup.
    1. Please note: if you do not receive a text confirmation within that time frame, you may give us a call when you arrive.
