Front Desk / Receptionist
Full-TimeYou’re the first person every customer sees. Your warmth and efficiency set the tone for their entire visit and keep our dispensary running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Verify IDs and check-in records
- Manage customer flow
- Answer phones and inquiries
- Support with admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers
- Must be 21 or older
Budtender
Full-Time / Part-TimeOur budtenders are the face of Herbal Solutions. You’ll guide customers through our menu, answer questions, and deliver the kind of personalized service that keeps people coming back.
What You’ll Do
- Help customers find the right products
- Process sales using our POS system
- Stay current on strains and brands
- Keep the floor clean and stocked
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Interest in cannabis
- Retail/service experience preferred
- Must be 21 or older
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Pass a background check (Michigan CRA)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to Ypsilanti
